SALINE CO., Ill. - Saline County State's Attorney Mike Henshaw has announced that the following people were sentenced in March 2016 in Saline County Circuit Court:
James E. O’Brien was sentenced on March 2 by Judge Walden Morris to 6 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and 1 year mandatory supervised release for the offense of Driving While Driver’s License is Revoked (Enhanced Sentence).
Matthew R. Ozment was sentenced on March 9 by Judge Walden Morris to 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and 1 year mandatory supervised release for the offense of Theft (Under $500.00) (Enhanced Sentence).
Kameron Moore was sentenced on March 16 by Judge Walden Morris to 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and 2 years mandatory supervised release for the offense of Aggravated Battery of a Correctional Officer.
April R. Stucker was sentenced on March 17 by Judge Walden Morris to 2 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and 1 year mandatory supervised release for the offense of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Vearn Guyton, Jr., was sentenced on March 17 by Judge Walden Morris to 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, 4 years mandatory supervised release for the offense of Domestic Battery (Enhanced Sentence).
Jared L. Hall was sentenced on March 29, 2016 by Judge Walden Morris to 2 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and 1 year mandatory supervised release for the offense of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Carolyn S. McGhee was sentenced on March 31 by Judge Walden Morris to 2 and a half years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and 1 year mandatory supervised release for the offense of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance.
