SALINE CO.— An Eldorado man with five separate felony cases since 2016 with a total of nine felony counts, all awaiting trial, has added a sixth felony case to his record.
According to information filed in the case, on December 21, 2017, William Jaydon Emmons, 20, of the 1100 block of Franklin St., Eldorado, committed the offense of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine when he was found to have less than five grams of the drug on his person.
Emmons’s criminal history includes multiple criminal cases awaiting trial including one from January 3, 2016 in which he is charged with Aggravated Possession of 31-plus Stolen Firearms, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and Burglary.
He has a second case awaiting trial from October 6, 2016 in which he is charged with Burglary and Theft.
In a third case, awaiting trial, from August 14, 2017, Emmons is charged with Theft $500-$10,000.
A case from August 22, 2017, in which Emmons is charged with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle is also awaiting trial.
He also has an August 28, 2017 case awaiting trial in which he is charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and two counts of Burglary.
Cash bond in the case was set at $1,000.
