SALINE CO., Ill. - A few arrests went down in Saline County yesterday (Tuesday, January 16), according to Saline County Chief Deputy Ken Clore.
Clore said the arrests from Tuesday look like this:
Tommy D. Rogers, 37, of McLeansboro, was arrested Tuesday for Criminal Trespass to a Residence and Criminal Damage To Property.
Rogers is a very frequent flyer in Saline, but he's been off the radar for a few years, after a felony conviction in 2013 for Meth Manufacturing. See the upcoming print edition for how Rogers popped back onto the radar.
Heather D. Thornton, 38, of Carrier Mills, was arrested yesterday for Failure to Appear Violation of Probation, Violation of the Compulsory School Attendance Act (that'd be truancy, which Saline County is very serious about).
Documents provided by Saline County don't show where the probation violation is out of; it's not on electronic records, so this, too, will be more fully explored in the upcoming print edition.
And Dakota C. Morgan, 20, also of McLeansboro, was arrested the 16th for Aggravated Battery.
(There's no accounting for the smurf-like appearance of Mr. Morgan in his photo here...I tried to tone down the blue, some. He'll likely be in black and white for print.)
