SALINE CO.— A Harrisburg teen has been charged with three felony counts alleging that he permanently disfigured the infant victim in the case.
According to information filed in the case, between January 10-12, 2018, Tylar D. Lewis, 19, of West Logan St., Harrisburg, committed the offense of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child when he committed an act of sexual penetration against the victim.
Lewis is also charged with two counts of Aggravated Battery of a Child Causing Permanent Disfigurement.
One of those counts allege that Lewis knowingly caused great bodily harm to the victim, with the second count alleging Lewis knowingly caused permanent disfigurement to the victim.
Court documents don’t disclose how it was that Lewis was alleged to have disfigured the child, since field reports and narratives have now been removed from the files, robbing the public of knowing just what’s going on with all felonies charged, be it the low end or the heinous.
Lewis is being held in custody on $50,000 cash bond.
