JACKSON CO.—One of Harrisburg’s fallen-from-grace former bigwigs has been busted on a DUI-alcohol charge.

Steve Patton, 63, formerly of Medicap Pharmacy on Commercial Drive in Harrisburg and now living in Marion, had apparently one or more too many on his birthday last week (November 8, 2013), and was stopped in Carbondale (Jackson County) by new officer Eric Keller on that date and charged with the Class A misdemeanor.
Regular readers will recall that Patton’s former business was the subject of a major scrutiny in early August 2012…and nothing much has come of that since, except for a divorce and restructuring of his corporation.
His self-professed concubines (Carolyn “Butter” McGhee and Tara Sherrod) have both gone on to their own levels of infamy in Saline County.
