An Eldorado man is wanted by police after they say he entered an Eldorado business and committed theft.

Court documents indicate that on or about February 19, 23-year-old Gavin Larick Lovellette, of 364 Alexander Rd., Eldorado, entered a building owned by Compressed Energy Systems, located at 5940 US 45 Hwy North, in Eldorado and took a .44 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver and two Toshiba laptops valued in excess of $500.

Lovellette currently has a pending case in Saline in which he is charged with two counts of Burglary for allegedly entering a building and a 1988 Chevy pickup truck, belonging to Dixie A. Long, located at 50 Kane Lane with intent to commit theft.

Anyone with knowledge as to the whereabouts of Gavin Larick Lovellette is asked to contact local authorities.

A Harrisburg man who was just sentenced in January for Theft now faces similar charges.

Alexander V. Hartman, 27, of 220 West Midkiff St., Harrisburg, has been charged with Burglary and Theft after authorities say on August 8, 2014 he knowingly entered a building belonging to Danny Lowry, located at 605 Liberty Rd., Harrisburg and made off with an area rug, lawn mower, jewelry and miscellaneous coins valued in excess of $500.

Hartman was sentenced Jan. 22 after being found guilty on a theft charge for which he was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to pay $3,342.80 in fines and fees, of which he still owes $3,292.80.

As of press time there was still an active warrant for Hartman on his latest charges.

No bond information was available.
