SALINE CO., Ill.--An Eldorado man has been charged with multiple felony counts of cild sex abuse dating back almost ten years.
And according to information gathered in the investigation, the victim is his own daughter.
Jacob Lawrence Foster, 33, of Eldorado, is accused of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child in the first county, which is at least one incident of oral sex on the child occurring between October 1, 2005 and May 31, 2006 with a child who was 5 and 6 years old at the time.
A second count lists the same charge and same time frame on the same child, but this incident involves digital penetration.
The third count is the one dating back to 2010, in which he's again accused of performing oral sex on the same child, who was by that time 10 years of age.
All counts are Class X felonies.
Our sources are saying there may be more charges to follow.
Foster was taken into custody late last week; charges were filed this week.
