Graves County, Kentucky, in proximity to Illinois
GRAVES CO., Kentucky - A woman being sought out of Graves County, Kentucky, may have been spotted in Eldorado in the past couple of days...and that means she might be here in Illinois, while Kentucky authorities are looking for her.

Elizabeth S. Beck-Story and infant
Elizabeth S. Beck-Story, 30, of Mayfield, is reportedly on the run with her 6-month-old child, who, says the commonwealth's Cabinet for Health and Family Services (their version of DCFS) has guardianship of...but she has, according to the Graves County Sheriff's Office, "refused" to turn the child over.
There is no indication in press information about why Story may have lost custody of the child, or what her "other" crimes are (if there are any), but she's now wanted on Kidnapping counts regarding the baby. The sheriff, Dewayne Redmon, says the child may be in danger....and there's no elaboration on that, either, as there's no indication that the mother is violent, a dope addict, or of any other criminal persuasion that could pose a threat to her own child.
However, the sheriff has gone the distance and indicated that anyone who might be aiding Story in hiding her and/or the baby could be charged with misdemeanor hindering apprehension, as well as whatever local laws are applicable if she happens to be in Illinois...which is what some people are saying.
Postings under this article coming out of Kentucky media indicate that people have seen Story, with the baby, in Eldorado in Saline County. Specifically, these are stating that she was begging for money and food at 'rado's McDonald's.
No local authorities have been able to verify this information, but with the state of Kentucky looking for her, we figured it'd be worth bringing to you...just in case.
The last known contact with her was Wednesday, August 31, when the sheriff's office in Graves was able to talk to her. If you see anyone fitting Story's description, or know of her whereabouts, you can contact the Graves County Sheriff's office at 270-247-4501.
