SALINE CO.— An Eldorado man already serving a sentence for beating his girlfriend/babymomma in January has been charged with thumping on the same woman who also happens to be the mother of his two daughters.

According to information filed in the case, on August 20, Eldorado police officer Joel Stanley was dispatched to housing, located at 1900 North Main St., Apt. 5E, Eldorado, at approximately 3:29 a.m. following a call from Tomeka Nicole Stout, age 24, who was calling from inside a vehicle and who was claiming that her boyfriend and father of her children, identified as Ryan M. Bays, 25, of 2100 First St., Eldorado, was in her residence slicing and dicing “everything in her apartment.”

When officer Stanley arrived on scene he found Stout seated in a vehicle with the driver’s side window busted in.

Stout informed Stanley that she and Bays had been in her apartment drinking when Bays became angry over some unexplained situation that had taken place days before and that Bays was intent on getting back at the “other person” involved.

Stout said an argument ensued and Bays insisted she message the “other person” and get them over to her apartment so he could get them back and she said no.

She claims that Bays then became furious and grabbed a large knife, apparently the one she described as a machete to dispatch, and started talking about getting even with the “other person.”

She said as he was swinging the knife around, he knocked a soda off an end table and it had spilled on a couch cushion, so she removed the cushion to clean it and informed Bays that he needed to leave.

Bays then reportedly jumped off the couch, clutching the knife and advanced, yelling into Stout’s face.

Stout said she held the couch cushion in front of her for protection and that Bays punched the cushion and finally kicked the cushion slamming her backward into the corner of the wall.

She said she yelled at Bays to leave but he proceeded to turn over two couches, dumping a laptop into the floor.

Stout said she ran out the door of the apartment telling Bays she was calling the cops.

Shortly after getting into a 2012 Dodge Avenger, Stout was on the phone with dispatch when she said Bays came running at the car and kicked the driver’s side window twice, causing the glass to shatter inward, throwing shards all over her.

She said that after Bays realized she was on the phone to the cops, he took off on foot.

Officer Stanley said that Stout said she didn’t require medical attention.

He also reported that Stout later contacted her mother, who transported her and her two children to the Eldorado Police Station in order for her to give statements.

It is unclear but sounds as if Stout’s two children were in the apartment at the time of the violence, including the time she ran out of the apartment and down to the Dodge.

At approximately 4:15 a.m. Stanley said he was contacted by dispatch who informed him that Audra Shaw had contacted him and informed him that Bays was at her 600 Dillard St., Eldorado, address.

Bays was taken into custody without further violence.

Stanley said Bays told him that “I did what I did.”

When Stanley returned to the Eldorado Police Department, Stout informed him that the Dodge Avenger she was in, which had the window kicked out, actually belonged to Jerry M. Kurtek.

Bays was formally charged with Domestic Battery and Criminal Damage to Property.

Bays’ visit to the county jail in January was due to him being taken into custody January 3, 2016 and charged with Unlawful Restraint, Criminal Damage to Property $300-$10,000, Domestic Battery and Interference with a Report of Domestic Battery.

Bays pleaded guilty to the domestic battery charge for beating Tomeka Stout in return for the remainder of the charges being dismissed and was sentenced to 38 days in the county jail, probation for 24 months and ordered to pay $3,239 in fines and fees, of which he hasn’t bothered paying anything.

Three days after Bays was jailed, Stout penned a letter saying she wanted the no-contact order in the case lifted so she could take her daughters to the county jail to visit daddy.

On the same day, Aug. 23, Bays penned a similar letter saying that despite the fact the alleged unemployed father of two didn’t claim any children on his affidavit of assets and liabilities, he wanted the no contact order lifted so he could visit with his daughters in jail.

The no-contact order was ultimately lifted.

No bond information was available in the case.

It appears that Ryan Bays didn’t claim his offsprings right away. As shown above, under (B) Number of Children: he lists “0.”

Then Tomeka Stout, the woman he attacked with what she described as a “machette,” wrote a letter to the court asking for the No Contact condition of the proposed bond to be removed so she could take her children to the county jail to visit their father.

The next day daddy Ryan wrote a similar letter, this time claiming he has children.
