Goss was taken into custody and charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.

His criminal history includes an arrest June 6, 2003 during which he was charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Manufacturing Chemicals, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition and Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapon in a Vehicle.

Found guilty September 3, 2003 on the possession of manufacturing chemicals charge, Goss was sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) for five years and ordered to pay $564.20, of which he has paid nothing.

An October 7, 2014 conviction for Reckless Driving earned Goss a sentence of probation for 18 months and $7,650 in fines and fees.

Goss was arrested July 24, 2014 and charged with Aggravated Assault Using a Weapon, Domestic Battery and Battery.

He pleaded guilt to an amended charge of Disorderly Conduct in return for the remainder of the charges being dismissed and $750 in fines and fees.

He also has at least three pending cases one from October 22, 2016 in which he is charged with three felonies including Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine 15-100 grams, Burglary and Unlawful Possession of Burglary Tools; a second from March 7, 2017 in which he was charged with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle; and a third from July 15, 2017 in which he is charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine less than five grams, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine 5-15 grams and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Cash bond in his most recent case was set at $10,000.
