Two from Carrier Mills facing violence charges

SALINE CO.— A pair of Carrier Mills residents have faced charges of violence in separate cases.

Michael Dakota Stout, 22, of 602 North Main St., Carrier Mills, has been charged with Unlawful Restraint and Domestic Battery after authorities say on August 9 he knowingly made physical contact of an insulting nature with household member Kaitlyn D. Hutchison, when he dragged her and then without legal authority held her against her will in Carrier Mills.

Police say Stout did all of that in the presence of a five-year-old.

Cash bond in the case was set at  $750.

Unrelated case

After dodging conviction on a pair of misdemeanor charges of Domestic Battery July 26, a Carrier Mills teen is now facing a felony.

Christian B. Fuller, 18, of 208 Oak Street, Carrier Mills, has been charged with Criminal Trespass to an Occupied Residence.

Information filed in the case alleges that on or about August 3, Fuller without authority, knowingly entered the residence of Anthony E. Dunn, located at 301 West Oak St., Carrier Mills, at a time when he knew or had reason to know that one or more persons were present in the residence.

No bond information was available in the case.
