SALINE CO., Ill.---Traffic was closed on Highway 145 south of Harrisburg this morning after a wreck in Pankeyville.
We're working with authorities to get the specifics, but according to those on the scene, there has been a fatality in what right now is being termed a wreck involving black ice.
The accident is reported to have occurred at about 5:45 a.m.; we're waiting on officials to see if that was the exact time, or an approximation. The vehicle was reported to have been on its roof when responders arrived.
