HAMILTON CO., Ill.--One of Hamilton County's youngest ongoing/repeat offenders is finally headed to DOC.

Hamilton County prosecutor Justin Hood has reported that Aaron A. Rector, 18, of Broughton, plead to three years in Illinois Department of Corrections for Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Class 2 felony.

Hood said Rector sold some of his prescription medication, Schedule II Ritalin, a controlled substance, to an undercover Confidential Source. The case was handled by the Southern Illinois Drug Task Force, who's been REALLY busy in the area recently. The buy happened on March 31, 2015.

He was given the boot camp recommendation. He is located in White County jail currently.

If you're a regular here at the site and/or a regular reader of the print version, you'll recall that Rector has been trouble since his early teens, having been involved in this, this, and this alleged criminal activity. He apparently learned nothing from juvie; maybe big-boy prison will do him some good.
