Devan Potts was sentenced on May 10, 2016 by Judge Walden Morris to 4 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and 2 years mandatory supervised release for the offense of Burglary.

Theodore Fuller
Theodore N. Fuller was sentenced on May 18, 2016 by Judge Walden Morris to 5 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and 2 years mandatory supervised release for the offense of Burglary.
Donald N. Summers was sentenced on May 19, 2016 by Judge Walden Morris to 1 year in the Illinois Department of Corrections and 1 year mandatory supervised release for the offense of Violation of an Order of Protection.

James Roller
James D. Roller was sentenced on May 26, 2016 by Judge Walden Morris to 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and 1 year mandatory supervised release for the offenses Theft (Under $300.00) and Retail Theft (Under $300.00).
Rodney D. Brooks was sentenced on May 31, 2016 by Judge Walden Morris to 11 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and 2 years mandatory supervised release for the offense of Unlawful Possession of Weapon by a Felon. Mr. Brooks was also sentenced to 10 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, 1 year mandatory supervised release for the offense of Aggravated Battery.
