Kelly Dalton, from her Facebook page. Nice ring.
SALINE CO., Ill. - Fines and fees and the ability to pay them likely weighed substantially in the favor of a woman who entered a plea of guilty in a theft case in July, and was sentenced Wednesday (August 31) in Saline County Circuit Court.
Kelly J. Farmer Dalton, 39, of Harrisburg, was charged back in late November of 2015 with Theft more than $10,000-less than $100,000 in money stolen from Clearwave Communications, where she was employed.
The theft apparently took place on August 1, 2014.
In exchange for the guilty plea, Dalton was placed on 48 months of probation and was ordered to pay $53,803.42 in restitution, fines and fees.
Only $2,500 of that has been paid, and that was bond.
